These rolls are the best the day you make them, so with the leftover rolls, I made croutons using the recipe from Sylvia Fountaine’s blog, Feasting at Home Homemade Sourdough Croutons. These are simply the easiest and most delicious croutons that you could possibly make! I followed the recipe exactly using oregano, thyme, dried garlic, salt, and pepper.
