
Now that our summer garden is under snow and the cold weather has descended on Vermont, I noticed that my desire for thick rich soup has been ramped up.
Soup is often so easy to prepare. Most of my recommended soups will have an abundance of vegetables with a thick broth since that is what I prefer. A list of my tested and recommended soups is compiled in my newly created Vegetarian Soup menu.
